By the grace of the Divine creator I'm healthy wealthy and alive I am privileged by divine right I claim my sovereignty by Divine law. I am a member of One heaven I live by the covenant of the Divine creator Pactum De Singularis Caelum Ucadia. On March 27th 2019 around 12:00 noon I was kidnapped by three white men with guns from the defecto Superior Court of Orange county I was held for 4 years without trial then I was sent to Patton State hospital for the criminally and mentally insane I spoke with the doctor there he called me a prisoner of war within a few weeks I was released but another doctor and Asian went and tried to have me court ordered medicated for no reason no justification for white doctors or Caucasian doctors from Orange county perjured themselves with false testimony to have me committed, the defective defecto unjust bar member Daniel Goldstein deliberately gave the jury the wrong instructions.... Winston Kevin McKesson delivery with malice with intent sabotage the trial...... These defective officers stole six good years of my life I was tortured assaulted and Tri-State hospital by a unknown perpetrator who gave me some type of medicine or concoctions for the rest of my life I make this affidavit before God before heaven and before all of creation this is what the de facto government did to me because I was trying to protect the family member from being falsely in prison. I sent legal communication on his behalf stating that he was not a legal fiction and that you should close this case immediately because it was based upon fraud and treason against the US Constitution and if they're asking are currently and betrayed Justice that they should stop immediately. They took us as a threat and denied me my first amendment right under the Constitution of the United States do not need my human rights my indigenous rights and I mean the Bill of Rights denied me immunity under the 11th amendment that I am an ambassador of the Divine creation and then I have immunity under title 18 United States code 112, 241-242 aired 371 and 1001. They kept me in slavery services and made me do things contrary to nature......... The de facto judge Kenneth k So....,.. was the other agent Asian who kept me at George Bailey detention facility. These are human it should be sent to prison and pay for the crimes against humanity.
